Headquarters Level 40

Looks like its time to upgrade again! The Headquarters has been expanded to include an additional 10 levels, raising the max from 30 to 40. Each new level unlocks greater troop deployment size, as well as the ability to upgrade normal base buildings to the next level.

It is necessary to purchase Steel Gears from Sales to use in the construction process. While there is currently no exact statistic for how many Steel Gears it takes to upgrade all buildings to level 40, it is definitely over 100 million. Besides Speed Ups and Steel Gears, there is no Resource requirement for base buildings or Headquarters level 40.

Although the Headquarters undergoes a massive change from level 30 to 31, it looks almost completely the same from 31-40. The only difference is the striped border, which changes color as the base level progresses.

  • Gray – 31 & 32
  • Green – 33
  • Blue – 34
  • Purple – 35, 36, 37, 38, 39
  • Orange/Gold – 40

New Building Boosts

From level 31 up, most base buildings receive one of three new boosts: Corrosive Attack, Overpowered Attack, and Indestructible Defense. Not only that, but all buildings listed below also receive a Troop Attack bonus. It should be noted that until you pass it, the info tab (?) in buildings only shows boosts up to level 35.

  • Corrosive Attack – Death Row, Radar Station, Research Facility
  • Indestructible Defense – Armory, Embassy, Hospital, Warehouse
  • Overpowered Attack – Hall Of Heroes, Prison, Trading Post, War Room

Divine Constructor Gear

While it may be a revived version of an old set, Divine Constructor Gear is far more useful than its earlier version. This Divine edition offers a massive increase in Construction Speed, as well as the addition of Cement Pillar and Steel Gear Cost Reduction. The set is comprised of: Divine Constructor’s Helmet, Vest, Boots, Nailgun, and Backpack.

Warlord Gear Sets

Warlord Gear Sets offer huge boosts made to devastate rivals. This gear is designed specifically for attack, and delivers huge Attack and AP boosts. Warlord sets also grant a massive amount of Rally/CP and Mobile Trap Health, making them versatile enough for use in both Solos and Rallies.

Although Warlord Gear is a more powerful set than Juggernaut Gear, this does not mean you will need to start over with Set Gear Leveling. All Warlord Gear sets, like Juggernaut Medals, share the same Gear Level as Juggernaut Gear. Despite this, the new gear will still need to be enhanced to level 25. A full Warlord set is comprised of: Warlord Mask, Shroud, Boots, Deadeye, and 3 Warlord Blades.

Gear Stats

While the Armory shows that 4 sets can be manufactured, there are in fact 6 types of Warlord Gear. Each set provides about 1.5 to 2 times the boosts of the last. The only exception to this is the 1B% Indestructible Defense boost, which is the same throughout all 6 sets. Stronger sets may be distinguished by their more decorative look, however, Exalted and Divine have the same look as Supreme but use different backgrounds.

A massive jump from the former VIP 170 levels, VIP 200 offers a massive increase in benefits, as well as the ability to unlock Insignia Presets. In addition to the usual boosts, VIP 200 levels give Corrosive Attack, Overpowered Attack, and Indestructible Defense.

Insignia Presets

Insignia Presets are similar to all other types of presets, and allow the user to equip and switch Insignias with ease. Presets unlock at VIP level 183, and at this time up to 2 Insignia Presets may be set.

To set a preset, open the Insignia Presets tab and press Edit Presets, then choose a slot to edit. The amount of equipable Insignias is dependent on the number the Monument can hold. Fill the slots, and then exit to save.

In order to equip a preset, select one in the Insignia Presets tab. This action removes all Insignias currently on the monument, with all active insignias going into cooldown. While using a Preset equips Insignias, it does not activate them. As a result, unlocking Insignia Presets also adds an Activate All button at the bottom of the Monument screen, which turns on all equipped Insignias at once.

Conqueror Insignias are the latest in the line of Insignias, exceeding the boost strength of the former Champion Insignias. Furthermore, most of the Conqueror Insignias also use the new Attack and Defense boosts.

There are 6 new Insignias, all of which must be purchased in Sales. Each Insignia comes in three variations: Divine (blue background, gold handle), Exalted (red background, silver handle), and Supreme (gold background, bronze handle). Juggernaut Medals are unique: when used with Juggernaut Gear, they take on its set gear level as if they were a part of the set. In addition to that, when all 3 accessory slots contain Juggernaut Medals, the commander background will change to give off a blue glow. Finally, it is important to note that all 3 Medals share the same boosts, with the exception of their specialized boost.

Extended Economics Research

Since the launch of Mobile Strike, the Economics Research Tree remained untouched, at least until now. Included in the newly extended Economics Research Tree is access to three new boost types, as well as the ability to gather Daily Milestone Resources from tiles. Along with those are various other benefits, such as increases in Deployment Size and Trading Capacity.

All research in the Extended Economics tree requires Economics Intelligence Chips, which are located in Sales. This tree also uses Daily Milestone Items, unlike the original tree which used normal Resources instead.

Research Boosts

It is currently unknown how Overpowered Attack, Corrosive Attack, and Indestructible Defense exactly affect combat. However, they seem to act in a similar fashion to the boost they are associated with, and are likely just a stronger version. Oddly enough, these three also only have one research level.

  • Overpowered Attack: Categorized as a Troop Attack Boost, +1T%
  • Corrosive Attack: Categorized as an Armor Piercing Boost, +1B%
  • Indestructible Defense: Categorized as a Defense Boost, +100M%
  • Mega Tile Health: Unless I missed the announcement of a Mega Tile, this probably increases the Health of units on Tiles, with the “Mega” meaning a large amount. Mega Tile Health does not appear in the Boosts tab. +20T%
  • Base Enhancements: With one research, additional Resource Trading Capacity, Trap Capacity, and an Ultimate Elimination Resuscitation Delay increase are all gained. +100M Trading Size, +100M Trap Capacity, + UE Resuscitation Delay

Guide to Gathering

Gathering Improvements is a one-level research that unlocks the ability to collect Daily Milestone Rewards from normal tiles in the world. This completely changes things, as before Milestone Resources could only be collected from Sales or Daily Milestone Challenges.

In order to collect Milestone Resources from tiles, pick one and open its menu. There should be two options: the traditional resource, or the Milestone resource. Select the Milestone Resource and then deploy troops to occupy the Resource Tile. Once finished, they will return with precious Daily Milestone Resources!

The Mobile Ops Stat Shop has been expanded to include newer, more powerful boosts. Where the older nodes maxed out in the tens of thousands, the legendary ones reach into the trillions.
