Coinciding with the release of Deathtrap Gear, Deathtrap Insignias offer new boosts extending from Nuclear Assault to Troop Defense. It is likely that these Insignias are made to fill in the Attack Boost that Deathtrap Gear is lacking, while not compromising on Defense.

Divine Deathtrap Gear

After months of waiting, there is finally a Gear Set made specifically for traps. A full set of Divine Deathtrap Gear is full of huge defensive bonuses, and enough Troop Attack to make it hurt.

This new gear is a part of the 2017 Combat Sets, which includes Vanquisher, Juggernaut, Judgment, Warlord, and Dreadnaught. Because of this, it shares the same Set Gear Leveling as all of them, and uses Judgment Enhancement Parts for individual Gear Enhancement. Enhancing all the equipment in the set to Level 30 will add 20B% Indestructible and Troop Defense.

Divine Troop Enhancements

Divine Troop Enhancements reside in the Training Grounds, and work just like all other enhancements. They are above the former Legendary Troop Enhancements, and despite being Divine share the name Legendary. However, unlike the Legendary Enhancements, Divine Enhancements bear a gold background. Divine Enhancements also offer the new Nuclear Attack: a devastating new boost that is more powerful than Overpowered Attack and is only given in a small quantity.

As with those before them, Divine Enhancements are split into categories relative to what they provide, and each group uses a different type of credits. It is also important to note that in the Training Grounds only Weapon and Utility Enhancements show a max boost.

Assault Vehicle Hangar

The Assault Vehicle Hangar is the building that houses Assault Vehicles. In order to use the Hangar, it must be unlocked with an Assault Vehicle Hangar Blueprint. Upgrading the structure requires Hangar Upgrade Checklists, and it can reach up to level 40. Increasing the level allows access to more units, as well as greater building boosts.

Level 40 Assault Vehicle Hangar Boosts (Since these are building boosts, they are added to combat regardless of whether or not there is an Assault Vehicle):

  • 200KT Overpowered Attack, 100B Indestructible Defense
  • 5MT Rally/CP Troop Health, 1.5MT Rally/CP Trap Health

assault-vehicle-gunney-red

Assault Vehicles

Assault Vehicles accompany the Commander and troops into battle against Bases, Outposts, and Control Points. This includes Rallies, where the Rally Leader will supply the Assault Vehicle. Once unlocked, Assault Vehicles are free to use an unlimited number of times. A Commander must be in the deployment for a Vehicle to launch, and only one Vehicle can be active at a time. The Vehicle boost only applies when it is a part of deployment.

army-hunter

Army Hunter (Unlocks at Level 1)

  • 1MT% Army Attack
  • Unlock Army Hunter Assault Vehicle

Because it is the default Assault Vehicle, Sales that offer the Hangar blueprint will also provide an Unlock Army Hunter Item. This is used to instantly unlock the vehicle, which is useable with a Level 1+ Hangar.

str-1kr

Corrosive STR-1KR (Useable at Level 21)

  • 200B% Corrosive Attack
  • Corrosive STR-1KR Vehicle Mystery Crate

The Corrosive STR-1KR is a bit more difficult to acquire, as it must be found in a Corrosive STR1-KR Mystery Crate.

nuclear-stealth-bomber

Nuclear Stealth Bomber (Useable at Level 40)

  • 10KT% Nuclear Attack
  • Nuclear Stealth Bomber Vehicle Mystery Crate

Much like the STR-1KR, a Stealth Bomber Mystery Crate has a random chance to unlock the Nuclear Stealth Bomber. This Vehicle introduces a new boost – Nuclear Attack. While it is unknown just how powerful this boost is, it seems that Nuclear Attack is a more potent form of Attack, greater than Overpowered Attack.

Extended Building Development Research

Just as the title implies, the Building Development Research tree has been extended, and consequently brings with it a ton of extra boosts. While the new research nodes have absolutely nothing to do with buildings, this does not mean they are useless. Although there is a heavy focus on combat, there are economic boosts such as Troop and Trap Training speed.

In addition to that, keep in mind that some boosts are divided between two nodes. However, there are also others that offer two boosts instead of one. You should also keep in mind that almost all the boosts are only active under certain conditions. Not only that, but there are certain nodes that only need one research instead of 10.

building-development-intelligence-chip

Research

As well as using normal Resources, Building Development research calls for Building Development Intelligence Chips. As a result, you will definitely need to purchase a pack or two to get enough to complete the research.

One new feature that is especially relevant is that when you enter a research tree, the view immediately jumps to the next set of available research. This cuts out having to scroll all the way down the page to reach the new research, and as a result speeds up the process.

  • The following three boosts are split between two nodes.
  • 4.2B% + 0.8B% Indestructible Defense (Unlike the other two it does not require a Commander.)
  • 3.3B% + 0.7B% Corrosive Attack w/Commander
  • 2.5KT% + 0.5KT% Overpowered Attack w/Commander
  • 10KT% Troop Attack w/Commander
  • 10KT% Type Attack w/Commander
  • 10KT% Army Attack w/Commander (See bottom of page)
  • 4KT% Rally/CP/Tile Troop & Trap Attack
  • 1KT% Rally/CP Troop & Trap Attack
  • 3B% Troop AP w/Commander
  • 3B% Type AP w/Commander
  • 3B% Army AP w/Commander
  • 10B% Base Troop Defense
  • 10B% Troop Defense
  • 10B% Army Defense
  • 10B% Type Defense
  • 10B% Embassy Defense
  • 80KT% Rally/CP/Tile Troop Health
  • 30KT% Rally/CP/Tile Trap Health
  • 20KT% Rally/CP Troop & Trap Health
  • +100B Trap Capacity
  • +1B Rally Troop Deployment Size
  • +800M Rally Mobile Trap Deployment Size
  • +250M Troop Deployment Size
  • +200M Mobile Trap Deployment Size
  • 100% Rally/War Zone/CP/Outpost Deployment Speed
  • 100% Rally/War Zone/CP/Outpost Deployment Speed Sabotage
  • 1K% Troop & Trap Training/Promotion Speed, +2.5KT Troop Training/Promotion Queue (Both come from Massive Troop Improvements)

Bonus!

Since the game is constantly adding new features, there will be times when a mistake will occur. Even though it is a simple error, the “Army Atack” typo is still worth featuring:

Operational Buildings

Operational Buildings is the title for all non-Core or Rural structures in the base, and are often also referred to as Specialized Buildings. Each Operational Building requires a different item to unlock, and whether it be a schematic or blueprint, is always exclusive to Sales. From there, Operational Buildings call for even more specific upgrade items, which yet again are sold in Sales.

Level 35

Unlike the Independence Day Levels, none of the upgrades from 30 to 40 provide any utility benefits, and instead they all offer a massive number of boosts. Another difference is that now instead of Milestone Resources, upgrading from 31 to 40 uses normal Resources. Only some of the buildings require the new Master Keys to upgrade, specifically buildings that require normal Keys for level 30.

Although the maximum level for Operational Buildings increased from 30 to 40, the game shows it as 35. As a result, there is only concrete stats available up to Level 35, which are shown below.

Building Boosts

Core Buildings are the basic structures that lie inside the Wall, including the Wall itself. Building Boosts may be applied to Core Buildings using Building Modifiers, which come in every Sale pack and some Challenges. From here on, Building Boosts mean the combat benefits given by Boosting a building, which are shown in above the Boost, Demolish, and Upgrade buttons.

Core Buildings:

  • Armory                    Bank
  • Death Row              Embassy
  • Hall of Heroes        Hospital
  • Headquarters         Prison
  • Radar Station         Research Facility
  • Trading Post           Training Grounds
  • Wall                          Warehouse
  • War Room

Rural Building Boosts

Rural Buildings are standard buildings that lie outside the wall. The process for boosting Rural Buildings is identical to Core Buildings, however, requires Rural Building Modifiers in the place of normal ones.

Rural Buildings:

  • Farm
  • Oil Well
  • Quarry
  • Iron Mine

building-boost-page

Applying Boosts

All Core and Rural structures start out with zero Building Boosts and no multiplier. To change this, you will need to open up the Boosts menu, which is done by entering a building and pressing the appropriate Boost button. Using the Boost Manager also gives an overview of all current Building Boosts as well as a shortcut to each building’s boost menu.

Applying Boosts is like a game of chance. To start, press the green “Boost” button at the bottom of the page. Each Boost costs a certain number of Building Modifiers, and each additional Boost will require a greater amount of modifiers than before. When boosting, the building will “roll” to decide what the next Boost and Multiplier will be. The outcome can be better or worse, and while usually at least one will change, there are times when there is no impact on either. The quality and amount of the Boost and Multiplier are random, but increasing the building’s XP Level improves their value. The Boost acts as a base benefit, and the Multiplier improves it.

Note: The Modifier cost to boost buildings increases drastically from XP level 30 to 31.

bonus-rescue

Bonus Rescues

Using a Bonus Rescue reverts a bonus back to what it was before the last roll. If you have 100M Troop attack and boosting changes it to 50M Army Attack, using a Bonus Rescue turns it back to 100M Troop Attack. Keep in mind, reverting back does not refund the Building Modifiers used. This can be applied to both Core and Rural Buildings, and Rescues are sold along with the Modifiers.

building-xp

Building XP

The XP level is exclusive to a specific building, and is not the same as other buildings that are of the same kind. Boosting adds XP to a building, and after earning enough will progress the building’s XP level. Keep in mind that the XP level is able to surpass the construction level of the building, and certain building levels give an additional XP bonus. The current max XP level is 40.

Instant XP Level

The yellow Instant XP Level button does not change the Boost or the Multiplier, and only increases the Building XP level by 1. The cost of the Instant Level is always the amount necessary for the next XP level, so Boosting and then using it will not result in a loss. (For example, if Instant XP Level costs 100M modifiers, and a boost is done for 10M modifiers, the cost for Instant XP Level will decrease to 90M.)

Although this covers everything you need to know about Building and Rural Building Boosts, you can still visit the old Guide here.
